| If the church is outward looking, it may start to
challenge the world. A revived and refreshed church will begin to
speak boldly to the world. God will raise up evangelists to speak
of sin and repentance and to proclaim the gospel forthrightly. He
will raise up prophets to speak of this holiness and justice.
